The geek in me has been tweaking this website again. You may notice a new icon in front of the address and in your bookmarks that looks like this:

It is not my design but I like how it stands out in the bookmark listing.

I took Daniel to the ER on Christmas Eve for a severe stomach pain. It turned out his appendix was inflammed and leaking. I had to juggle the surgery and christmas with the kids. Daniel went into surgery at 10pm. He got out at about 11pm and was doing fine. All the nurses called him the Christmas Appy. His mother stayed in the hospital overnight so I could play santa for the kids. I went home and put out Santas presents and picked the kids up from Daniels sisters at 3:30am. They were awake and we opened presents until 5am and I then made them go back to sleep. I woke them up at 9am and so we could bring daddy his gifts at the hospital before going to Daniel's grandmothers for lunch. After Lunch I went back to the hospital and stayed the night with Daniel. He got out of the hospital yesterday but is not allowed to go back to work until January 2, 2007. Daniel has never been in the hospital before and has never had a surgery before. He got his Christmas present early. We are all tired but doing well.

I was messing around taking pictures of my cats. They kept climbing higher into the tree so I had to get the step ladder from Dad's shop to get into the tree.

Elizabeth took the picture. The mostly black one is named Half-pint and the mostly white one is Freckles.

This is the pumkin I made using beads and pompoms and needles. We took the decorations off after Holloween and feed the pumkins to the pigs.
