Steve looks mournfully at the zucchini, summer squash, onion, black bean, and melted shredded cheddar cheese mixture that I have filled the whole wheat, low-fat tortilla’s with and wrinkles his nose like I scrapped it off the bottom of my shoe for dinner.

Is this a Weight Watcher thing? he asks in a disappointed "where-is-the-meat" voice. What is this green and yellow stuff? he asks poking suspiciously at the zucchini and yellow squash like he is afraid it is going to crawl off his plate. He mentioned several times during the meal how he really doesn’t like zucchini and squash very much.... but he ate it. AND had a second helping. *Score one for Bonnie's home cooking :)
