Photos from my Vegas trip are here. It feels really good to have my feet on the ground again - flew back through some very nasty weather, plane ride home had a very "amusement park coaster" feel to it. The three hour time difference last week was totally kicking my butt while we were in Vegas. Interesting place... have zero interest in going back anytime soon. I went with a co-worker who was determined to cram as much as possible into the timeframe we had available. I don't think I've walked so much in my entire life, my legs still hurt. We took in all the "free" stuff - night shows in front of all the big hotel/casino/resorts on the strip. Gambled a little but didn't win anything. Went to Blue Man Show and Spazmatic's concert - both were excellent! Shark reef aquarium and M & M factory were the most interesting places we visited. Good conference.... long trip, nice hotel, HARD bed. The city truly never sleeps - people watching was amazing. Strange place and very very very dry! Sunny, clear and 90 degrees every single day with the same weather forcast predicted out into the next week. The conference was great and was worth the trip, next year it is in Memphis, TN.
